What Would Your Holiday TV Movie Be? (00:28:58)
We went a bit old school and covered a topic where we each talked a little bit about all those Christmas and holiday TV movies you find this time of year on ABC Family, Hallmark Channel, Lifetime, ION, etc. Within that we said a little about what each of our holiday TV movies would be and then put it out to you to tell us what yours would be or to create one for us. Then Amrie offered up a copy of Zoo on Blu-ray to giveaway to those who answer the following question in the comments below:
What would our/your holiday TV movie be? Tell us who would star, what it would be about, etc. Give us a short synopsis. Have some fun with it.
We will randomly select one of your answers on December 26th and send you a copy of Zoo on Blu-ray. Hosts not eligible, sorry @kyool and @raelee.

My Christmas Movie is for @Raelee
Upon hearing of the BluRay Contest offering ZOO, Brandon Blackstock quickly informs his wife Kelly Clarkson that they should enter. Kelly then brings her ENTIRE family to the Zoo party on Christmas Eve to Rae’s house where the BluRay player is NOT working.
A hunky BluRay player repairman/Volunteer fireman wants to come help but has to bring his cat to the Vet after his time as a FireHall Santa is done.
Sad that the repairman cannot make it in time. Jason, Amrie and Rae act out the ZOO first season for the Clarkson family. At midnight the BluRay repairmen comes in and is so moved by the performance he gives new Blu Rays to everyone.
Then the talking lions come in and kill everyone and start a LIonTimesThree podcast for 2016.
Hahahaha! I approve of this story. Except for the getting eaten by lions. Although they are talking lions and that’s a memorable death for sure…
Not so sure about the being eaten part either, besides a LionTimesThree podcast doesn’t sound very trustworthy.
I’d be lion if I said I wouldn’t listen—they take a lot of pride in that podcast—though they maybe take a few too many dramatic paws.
My Christmas movie would find me sad that I’m not eligible to win ZOO on Blu-ray, so I write a letter to Santa. I wake up on Christmas morning, run downstairs but disappointed to find nothing from Santa under my Christmas tree. Just then, there is sudden knock on the door. When I answer it, there’s a puppy wearing a santa hat on my doorstep holding a gift in his paw. I unwrap it to discover my very own copy of the ZOO Blu-ray! It was the Paw-fect Christmas Miracle!
Twist ending, the dog runs off with the disc in his mouth and you run after him into a dark alley where…he chomps down on the Blu-ray before his pack adds you to their Christmas dinner menu.
How shocked would the Hallmark/Lifetime/ABC Family audience be by THAT kind of ending?!
Yeah, that is more of a Chiller holiday movie than Hallmark.
I will need to figure out the Twin-Kyle Twin-Kyle Little Star holiday movie you requested.
I am not embarrassed to say I cried just reading the synopsis of Kyle’s Christmas story. Puppies get me every time…
Sorry, should have added a Spoiler Alert tag before I revealed the ending.
