As to Shameless, after seeing the episode, I wondered if the title “Lazarus” was actually referring to Jimmy/Steve and not Frank–since the producers said in the past they assumed it was clear to everyone that he was dead (after getting on the boat).

As to the 1.5x TV watching–I am a proud proponent of it 🙂 (That’s also how I listen to the podcast) I don’t really see lost frames in the video–things are just sped up a bit. Allows me to squeeze in 33% more TV! It’s especially useful when marathoning entire TV seasons/shows. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for shows with lots of action or singing–and don’t try to multi-task in addition to this. 🙂 Anyone with a PS3 or PS4 who’s curious to see what it looks/sounds like can pop in a DVD or Blu-ray and during playback just press the Fast Forward button once.
